Q. Is your end of tenancy cleaning service guaranteed?
Our service is fully guaranteed for 72 hours, If there are any concerns from the landlord or estate agent, photos are taken to provide proof of the clean. If there is anything left not cleaned through human error we will be more than happy to come back and rectify this free of charge!
Q. Can you give a quotation over the telephone?
Yes, we can on most occasions unless you prefer us to give a home visit.
Q.Do you cover my area?
We cover a radius of 20 miles Stoke-On-Trent and Newcastle but please feel free to ask if not sure that we cover your area.

Some stains can be permanent and therefore we can not make any promises that we can remove them.

Q. How do you charge for End of tenancy cleaning and After builders cleaning?
We have the expertise to provide you with an estimate of how much it will cost and how long it would take to clean your property. Customers will be provided with a fixed price quote. First 4 cleaning reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirements change or in case the client has provided incorrect or incomplete information.
Q. How long will it take my carpets/upholstery to dry?
Carpets will usually be dry within 1 to 4 hours but depend on situations could take longer. Upholstery can take longer to dry, depending on the absorbency of the material and backing.
